Shabbat Service
with Guest Speaker, Sosthene Niyitegka
This Friday, January 26
7:30 p.m. at TBE
Tonight we welcome Sosthene Niyitegka to share his brave and heroic story. Mr. Niyitegka risked his life, the life of his family, and members and his community when he hid and ultimately saved more than 100 Rwandan ethnic Tutsis from being massacred during the Rwandan genocide in the summer of 1994. He is the Rwandan equivalent of a “righteous gentile.” Rabbi Briskin will also briefly share the story of how he and Mr. Niyitegka met a few years ago. We will also celebrate adult birthdays and anniversaries with an aliyah to the Torah.

with our TBE member, Nelly Igdal
Sunday, February 4
9:30-10:30 a.m. at TBE
Pre-planning allows families to make important decisions about where and how loved ones will be memorialized.
During the pre-planning process, you will determine the budget you wish to spend and establish the terms for purchasing in advance. This allows your family to secure today’s prices and protects you against inflation and overspending.
Let’s review your plan together! Nelly Igdal will answer all your questions and make sure your family is fully protected.
Nelly Igdal will also be on-site at TBE on Sunday, February 11 from 9:00 a.m.-Noon to answer any of your questions!
