Musical Shabbat 7-20-2018

This musical Shabbat evening started with a BBQ dinner on the patio. Hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers were served up with all of the usual accouterments and then some. Afterwards, the first musical Shabbat at Temple Beth El San Pedro with our new interim Rabbi Douglas Kohn and our longtime Canor Ilan Davidson together on the Bima was lively, melodious, and just plain fun. Cantor Ilan was accompanied by the music of the Moody Jews and it was a thoroughly delightful service. After the musical service we retired to the Social Hall to partake in an Ice Cream Social.
